Psychology of Success: (Untold - II)
If you Focus on your Strengths, Negatives are Gradually reduced:
In earlier times a king decided to find out who among his ministers was the most intelligent. So he announced a contest for all the ministers to find it. The contest was that a line was drawn on one wall of the palace. Ministers must turn that fort into a small fort without touching or rubbing it. All the ministers of that king took part in it and did not know how to make a fort small without touching it.
No one was able to win the king's contest, and one of the teachers who finally got there knew these details and asked the king if he could take part in the contest. He agreed and went to the wall and said to the king, "Draw a bigger line next to the line that they have already drawn. The line they have already drawn has become smaller", but I did not touch the line. Realizing this, the king declared him victorious and appointed the teacher as the head of all the ministers.
That is, everyone naturally has certain skills. Similarly, our characteristic is that some actions we can only complete after a great deal of difficulty. As we increase our strength, we may find that our weakness naturally decreases.
Various Legends Need, Various Skills:
And to the extent that we spend time in a particular field, we will improve our potential in that field. For example, in the Indian education system, students learn specific subjects that are generally assigned to everyone for approximately ten years. They must get a minimum score in all those subjects to pass that period. After that, he learns the techniques in the field of his choice in college and starts his career as an expert in that field.
This is a widely accepted practice, however, for students who have chosen to pursue a career as an accountant, for a student who has chosen to pursue a career as a doctor, photographer, lawyer, engineer, or soldier. It is one of the only academic subjects that students are required to study for ten years. If people from different disciplines are taught the same subjects and unique subjects related to their respective disciplines rather than being taught for many years, those students will become more unique individuals in their field.
